A panel of eight experts will hold an informational session on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and its impact on Iowa’s small to mid-sized employers.
The three-hour session is intended for healthcare providers, human resource managers, insurance producers, small and mid-sized business owners, social workers and those who want to learn about healthcare reform.
The panel discussions will be held on six Iowa Community College campuses starting in mid-April. The cost is $40 and includes Continuing Education Units. Pre-registration is required and payment is due at that time. In central Iowa, the event will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, Wed., April 18 at the Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) Ankeny Campus. To register, call 515-964-6800 or 1-800-342-0033.
