BEGINNER SESSION
Each session includes: warm up & cool down, six basic core movements and six advanced extension movements, with direction changes to add challenge. These are a series of gentle, graceful movements linked together in a continuous sequence with each movement flowing into the next. Tai Chi is referred to as Meditation in Motion. TAI CHI will help you: reduce stress, increase balance and flexibility, feel relaxed and improve your overall mind, body and spirit.
