Caleb R. Mumma, 21, Burlington, was charged with forgery, second-degree fraudulent practice and identity theft following an incident that occurred in the 1200 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.

Police responded to the 2400 block of Southeast Tones Drive at approximately 8:42 p.m. for a report of a burglary from a vehicle and criminal mischief.

June 13
Justin R. Davey, 21, Ankeny, was arrested on an outstanding Polk County warrant following an incident that occurred in the 1100 block of Northwest Waterfront Drive.
Cody J. McKenzie, 20, Des Moines, was charged with possession of methamphetamine following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1000 block of East First Street.
June 14
Tamera L. Bonczynski, 33, Des Moines, was charged with driving with a revoked license following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1000 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.
Quincy P. Martin, 20, Ankeny, was charged with assault (domestic abuse with injury) following an incident that occurred in the 500 block of Southwest Maple Lane.
