The fourth-ranked Hawks earned their sixth consecutive win at Friday night's game against the J-Hawks.

Homecoming week in Ankeny ended on a high note as the Hawks defeated Urbandale 28-13 Friday night.
The fourth-ranked Hawks faced off against a now 3-2 Urbandale, a team Ankeny also beat last year. The Hawks moved to 6-0 following the win.

The culmination of homecoming activities will be tonight when the Ankeny Hawks football team hosts the Urbandale J-Hawks.
The fourth-ranked Hawks face off against a 3-1 Urbandale team that Ankeny head coach Jerry Pezzetti says is the fastest his squad has faced so far this season.
Last week, the Hawks seized a 41-13 victory over Indianola. Ankeny has outscored its opponents 185-47 this season and compiled a 5-0 record.
Urbandale crushed Johnston last week 31-10.
Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. at Ankeny Stadium. Make sure to get there early so you don't miss Ankeny's homecoming coronation ceremony. The ceremony starts at 7 p.m.
