UPDATE: Ankeny Hawks Crush DM North, 56-0

Similar to last year, Ankeny High School's football game against the Polar Bears proved no contest.

The Ankeny Hawks brought home a 56-0 victory tonight against Des Moines North High School.

The Hawks secured their third consecutive win of the season after defeating the Polar Bears on their home turf. Des Moines North fell to 0-3.

Last week, the Hawks picked up a solid , where they pulled out to a 31-0 lead at halftime via four unanswered rushing touchdowns and a field goal.

The Polar Bears lost their first two games this season by a combined score of 114-7.
