INTRODUCING - Tai Chi for Health Instructors of Ankeny !!!

You can SEE and MEET all of us during the SUMMERFEST Festivities.
We will be in the Summerfest parade as well as on the Community Stage
on Saturday afternoon at 3pm.  

Our "small town" Ankeny prides itself on being Healthy and Active...Tai Chi can assist with this goal. With these instructors available, there are many opportunities to LEARN Tai Chi for Health and Arthritis as well as other forms we are trained and certified to teach along with Qi Gong moves we offer that will add to the benefits of Tai Chi and the soft Martial Arts forms 

Tai Chi is  a series of gentle, graceful movements linked together in a continuous sequence with each movement flowing into the next. Tai Chi is referred to as Meditation in Motion.  TAI CHI will help you :reduce stress, increase balance & flexibility, feel relaxed & improve your overall mind, body and spirit.
