Iowa High School Football, Full List of Scores: Ankeny Hawks Soar Past Fort Dodge

The Hawks remain undefeated and mark the last home football game as a one high school district in a big way.

Not even Mother Nature could stop the Ankeny Hawks from clinching another win to maintain its spotless 2012 season.

After a 30-minute weather delay, the Hawks defeated Fort Dodge Friday night, 55-8, in the team's last home game before the district makes the transition to two high schools next year.

Sporting 1970 throwback jerseys, the Hawks were on fire out of the gate as Joel Lanning ran in the team's first touchdown. Stephen Goforth bumped the Hawks up to 14-0 before the game was delayed due to weather.
