Community Corner

K-12 Community Art Exhibit- North Polk

The Ankeny Art Center’s K-12 exhibits are part of our extended outreach programming, intended to introduce and familiarize students with the gallery setting. Familiarizing students with the gallery will bring about individual self worth of students within the community, increased community involvement; promote culture and diversity, along with the insight of the interworking of becoming an exhibiting artist. The vision is to make creative, unique, and innovative art experiences accessible to every person in the community of Ankeny and surrounding communities. We fully believe that unique art experiences will enrich the lives of the public and teach children how to be better members of the community. All our exhibitions are free and open to the public!

North Polk:
