Kiwanis PancakeFest: Pancake Breakfast Before/During SummerFest Parade at Band Shell

Stop by the Band Shell before/during the SummerFest Parade to eat a pancake and sausage breakfast (or pick up breakfast to take back to friends along the parade route!)!  An annual SummerFest activity of Ankeny Kiwanis providing breakfast for parade participants and parade goers, PancakeFest is conveniently located at the Band Shell on W. First Street along the parade route.  

Beginning at 6:30 a.m. Saturday before the parade, $5 (free for kids 3 and under) will provide pancakes, sausage, juice, milk, and coffee.  Any proceeds will benefit the Ankeny Miracle Park/Miracle League Field and All-Inclusive Playground project, as well as other Kiwanis service activities (including scholarships, sponsoring Parks and Rec's 'Super Kids' programming for children with special needs, Operation Underwear clothing drives for Ankeny Schools and T.A.K.E., and support for the YMCA's YPartners program).
