- have fewer absences in school and more actively participate in class when present.

I am very happy to offer a special class in Simple Easy Every Day
(SEED) Meditation® for Teens that is designed to give all of the tools
that SEED meditation has to offer, taught in a way that is relevant to
teenager's lives.
HOW TO LEARN:
STEP 1. The first step is to attend a FREE INFORMATIONAL TALK with a parent on Thursday May 8 at 6:30 pm.
You will hear about the practice and the benefits, we’ll talk more
about what meditation is and what it isn’t, and you will have an
opportunity to ask questions as well as to register for the class,
should you decide to do so. This is a prerequisite to take the class,
but you are welcome to attend under no obligation to register. Come for
the information and if you are inspired to learn, I will be happy to
teach you.
STEP 2: Attend the 2-part class on Friday, May 9 and Saturday, May 10. You must be able to attend both sessions in order to register for this class.
