July 5

Police responded to the 700 block of South Ankeny Boulevard at approximately 8:16 a.m. for a report of a burglary.

July 8

Dustin S. Cochran, 26, no address provided, was charged with assault with intent to inflict serious injury following an incident that occurred in the 1500 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.

Police responded to the 200 block of Northeast Hayes Drive at approximately 7:44 a.m. for a report of a burglary.

July 9

Brandon A. Mitchell, 24, Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred (habitual offender) following an incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Southeast National Drive.

Police responded to the 3500 block of Northwest State Street at approximately 7:58 a.m. for a report of a vehicle burglary.

July 11

Adam G. Denning, 27, Des Moines, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Northwest Fourth and State streets.

July 12

Tiara Y. Manning, 26, West Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred (habitual offender) following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1000 block of Southwest Oralabor Road.
