April 23
Lauren E. Olson, 19, Ankeny, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident that occurred in the 900 block of Southeast Oralabor Road.

Jordan J. Webb, 21, Ankeny, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the 100 block of Northwest College Avenue.
April 27

Denzel Q. Irvin, 20, West Des Moines, was charged with driving while barred (habitual offender) following a traffic stop in the 7000 block of Northwest Second Street.
April 28
Aaron J. McManus, 26, Ankeny, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication following a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.
Nichole L. Nigh, 19, Ankeny, was arrested on an outstanding Polk County warrant following a traffic stop in the 900 block of Southeast Magazine Road.
Ankeny police responded to the 400 block of Northwest Beechwood Street at about 5:08 a.m. for an attempted burglary and again at 12:53 p.m. for a report of a vehicle burglary.
Ankeny police responded to the 700 block of Northwest Linden Street at about 1:13 p.m. for a report of a vehicle burglary.
Ankeny police responded to the 1900 block of Southwest Third Street at about 10:16 p.m. for a report of a vehicle burglary.
April 29
Stephen E. Hunt, 47, Altoona, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following an incident that occurred in the 900 block of Southeast Oralabor Road.
Robert W. Oliver, 40, Ankeny, was charged with domestic abuse assault with injury following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Northeast 15th Street.
Zackery T. Vandekrol, 21, Des Moines, was charged with assault, trespassing and obstruction of emergency communications following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of Northeast Trilein Drive.
