New Extended Stay Hotel Slated to Go Up in Ankeny

Kinseth Hospitality Companies, an Iowa-based company, recently announced its plans to build a new extended stay hotel in Ankeny.

Homewood Suites by Hilton will be built near the interchange of Interstate 35 and Oralabor Road. The 85-room hotel will feature a meeting space, indoor pool, and a full kitchen in every unit. 

Kinseth also owns and operates the Courtyard by Marriott in Ankeny.

Construction is slated to begin this fall.
