Cara D. Gethmann, 23, address not provided, was charged with possession of prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 2100 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.

Karston K. Brotherson, 21, address not provided, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1000 block of Southeast National Drive.
