Pepperjax Grill in Ankeny Will Open for Business Friday

Pepperjax Grill, an Omaha-based fast-food chain, will open its doors on Friday, March 15, at 11 a.m. The restaurant is located at 2010 S.E. Delaware Ave.
The company announced its plans to open the Ankeny location in December.

PepperJax Grill’s menu includes Philly steak, chicken or veggie sandwiches, gourmet rice bowls and fresh salads and giant wraps that are similar to burritos.
The eateries are franchises that will be operated by Restaurants Inc., the company that also operates HuHot Mongolian Grill in West Des Moines and Ankeny, as well as Smashburger in West Des Moines.
