· bottom crust:
1 pkg - yellow cake mix
1/2 c. - butter (melted)
1 - egg
pumpkin pie filling:
1 can - pumpkin puree
2/3 c. - evaloprated milk
3/4 c. - sugar
2 - eggs
1/2 tsp - vanilla
3-4 tsp - pumpkin spice
topping:
1 c. - dry cake mix
1/4 c. - sugar
1 tsp - cinnamon
1/4 c. - butter (melted)
Oven temp: 350 degrees
Time: 45-50 min
Directions:
Take out 1 cup dry cake mix and set aside for topping. To the rest of the cake mix, add melted butter and egg. Pat into the bottom of a 9x13" greased pan. Mix the pumpkin pie filling ingredients and pour over dough in pan. Sprinkle the mixed topping over the top. Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins.
· Great warm with cool whip on top! :)
