Rise Up Tour to stop at Faith Lutheran on October 17

Faith Lutheran Church, 10395 University Avenue, Clive, Iowa, will host the Rise Up Tour concert featuring Agape*, Rachel Kurtz and Joe Davis on the evening of Saturday, October 17.

The pre-show, at 6 p.m., features a Walk for Water simulation to experience how difficult it is to get clean water for people around the world. There will be music, games, snacks and prizes.

The concert begins at 7 p.m. and is a follow-up from the amazing 2015 Evangelical Lutheran Church of America Youth Gathering in Detroit which inspired the artists to go on tour to raise money for the ELCA World Hunger’s Walk for Water. A free-will offering will be collected to support Walk for Water.

Faith Lutheran Church is located in the western part of the Des Moines area, across from Best Buy and the Whole Foods store.
