Season Passes for Ankeny Aquatic Centers Available Soon at Discounted Rates

The weather is just starting to get cold, but it's not too early to think warm thoughts, especially when it comes to getting your Ankeny aquatic center season passes for next year.

Passes to Ankeny's Prairie Ridge Aquatic Center and Cascade Falls Aquatic Center will be available at a discounted rate starting Dec. 1 through March 1, 2013. Ankeny Parks & Recreation is offering the passes at an early bird special rate of 10 percent off.

For the 2013 season, a two-person resident pass normally is $125. With the 10 percent discount, the savings is $12.50. Cost is $25 for each additional family member added to the pass.

For a family of six, the early bird special saves them $22.50. Season passes are good for admittance to both aquatic facilities.

Passes are available at the Parks & Recreation office, located at 210 S. Ankeny Blvd., weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This discount offer is available to Ankeny residents only and can only be purchased in person.
