Shoplifting, Vehicle Break-Ins Top April 4 Ankeny Police Blotter

March 17

Kyle J. Christiansen, 23, Davenport, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 800 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.

Nicolas S. Hughes, 19, Ankeny, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop that occurred in the 300 block of Northeast Trilein Drive.

March 18

Casey L. Porter, 24, Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft (shoplifting) following an incident that occurred in the 2000 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue.

March 19

Alan M. Antles, 18, Indianola, was charged with public intoxication following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of Northwest Beechwood Street.

Brandon T. Ganaway, 33, Des Moines, was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants and charged with driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop in the 2800 block of Southwest Oralabor Road.

Jacob H. Woodward, 20, Ankeny, was charged with second-degree harassment and trespassing following an incident that occurred in the 500 block of Southeast Second Street.

March 20

Tyler W. Blubaugh, 23, Des Moines, was charged with fifth-degree theft (shoplifting) following an incident at 1002 S.E. National Dr.

Police responded to the 400 block of Northeast Hanover Court for a report of third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

Police responded to the 500 block of Northeast 48^th Court at approximately 10:09 a.m. for a report of third-degree burglary of a vehicle.

March 21

Alex M. Beyer, 20, Urbandale, was charged with possession of marijuana following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southeast Hulsizer Road and Southeast Lorenz Drive.

Lillian L. Lewedag, 50, Des Moines, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following an incident that occurred in the 300 block of Southeast Magazine Road.
