The Summer Sounds Concert Series is held on Thursday nights in the 'Shell in Wagner Park. Live music will run from 7-8:30 p.m. The concerts are free and open to the public; bring lawn chairs and blankets for seating.
Ankeny's own Nice Bangs is a fun party band that spans a wide musical palette from the 70s to today, although public outcry has demanded a disproportionate number of rock songs from the 80s. No two shows are ever the same!
The show begins at 7 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
