This session of Tai Chi for Health will be a combination of Qi gong and Tai Chi.  No experience or advanced knowledge of tai chi or Qigong is needed, just a willingness to improve your health and relax your mind.

The gentle, rhythmic movements of Qi gong will reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system.  Qi gong (or chi kung) is translated as "breath work" or "energy work," and consists of gentle breathing combined with movement. The idea is to help relax the mind and mobilize the body's energy bringing your mind, body and spirit into alignment.
