July 10

Brandon Alexander, 25, Ankeny, was charged with violating a no-contact order following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of South Ankeny Boulevard.

July 12

David L. Inskeep, 19, Ankeny, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1400 block of Northwest Prairie Ridge Drive.

July 13

Thomas F. Dubuc, 50, Des Moines, was charged with second-degree theft following an incident that occurred in the 2000 block of Northwest Hickory Lane.

Johnna J. Halsband, 32, Des Moines, was charged with third-degree burglary following an incident that occurred in the 200 block of Southwest Cherry Street.

A 17-year-old juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 100 block of Southeast Oralabor Road.

Police responded to the 1400 block of Northwest Prairie Ridge Drive at approximately 12:36 a.m. for a report of an assault.

Police responded to the 2300 block of Southeast Delaware Avenue at approximately 12:23 p.m. for a report of shoplifting.
