You can still eat healthy when traveling for business or pleasure. The KEY to having good success is – PLANNING AHEAD! When you plan ahead, you are setting yourself up for no regrets!
Things that travel well:
1. Nuts
2. Protein Bar
3. Scoop of protein in Ziploc
4. Veggies
5. Fruit
6. Beef or Turkey Jerky
7. Almond butter or Peanut butter sandwich – whole grain bread or tortilla
8. Tuna or Salmon packet – bring a throw-away fork!
9. DRINK lots of WATER!
