Verizon Outages May Affect Customers Attempting to Call Ankeny City Offices
Residents are encouraged to use email or a landline telephone until the problem is resolved.

The City of Ankeny has received notification from Verizon of a disruption of service affecting calls to and from Verizon Wireless customers to city offices.
If you are a Verizon Wireless customer and are attempting to call the City from your cell phone, you may experience connectivity, audio or routing issues. You are encouraged to use a landline or send communication by email until the issue is resolved.
