Ankeny is among the state's Class 4A baseball teams that are ranked this week, according to the Des Moines Register.
Not only is the team on the list, but it's also at the top.
The Hawks are ranked no. 1 in the state, followed by Iowa City West, West Des Moines Valley and Johnston.
The rankings are released by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association.
