Anthony Andrew Lamont Ross, 44, Des Moines, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a traffic stop near the intersection of South Ankeny Boulevard and Southeast Oralabor Road.

Cynthia D. Courtney, 56, Ankeny, was charged with first-offense OWI following a traffic stop that occurred on northbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 89.

Joseph S. Maddox, 25, Ankeny, was charged with first-offense OWI as well as possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding (16-20 mph) and failure to provide proof of insurance following a traffic stop that occurred on Interstate 35 northbound near mile marker 91.
March 25
Bradley D. Lawson, 23, Norwalk, was charged with first-offense OWI following a traffic stop that occurred near the intersection of Southwest Elm Street and Southwest Magazine Road.
March 30
Melissa A. Mitchell, 40, Des Moines, was charged with first-offense OWI following a traffic stop that occurred on southbound Interstate 35 near mile marker 90.
March 31
Sean W. Sullivan, 26, Des Moines, was charged with first-offense OWI as well as possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop that occurred in the 1200 block of East First Street.
