Windsor NRC welcomes new administrator

CEDAR FALLS – Windsor
Nursing and Rehab Center welcomes Kourtney Williams as its new
administrator. She will be in charge of planning and directing daily
operations, financial, and personnel functions.

Williams has been working in the
healthcare industry for the past 12 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in
business administration with a minor in biology and a master’s in business
administration with a concentration in management. She is a member of the
American College of Health Care Administrators, Young Professionals Connection
of Des Moines, Cedar Valley Young Professionals, and the National Association
of Professional Women.

“I enjoy meeting people from diverse
backgrounds and being an active member in the community,” Williams says. “Most
of all, I enjoy making a difference in the lives of the residents in my
facility.”
