Metabolic Mania, is an 8-week nutrition and fitness program designed to teach participants how to boost their metabolism, lift weights, eat food for fuel, work out effectively and make lifestyle changes. Lead by a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, classes will be Monday and Wednesday from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m. and Friday from 5:15 to 5:45 p.m. from October 29 to December 21. This class can be modified for individuals of all fitness levels and everyone is welcome.
