Big Brothers Big Sisters Hosts Successful Bowl For Kids’ Sake!

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Iowa finishes 2017 Bowl For Kids' Sake strong in Black Hawk, Fayette & Bremer Counties.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Iowa hosted their Annual Bowl for Kids’ Sake event in Bremer, Black Hawk and Fayette Counties throughout the months of April and May, raising over $56,000 to support one-to-one mentoring in Northeast Iowa.

Congratulations to the top fundraising Bowl For Kids’ Sake teams, which include Hold My Beer - UICCU Cedar Falls, Bigs & Littles 4 Life!, UICCU Spare Change (Waterloo), Waverly Exchange Club, The Incredibowls (Rabo AgriFinance), Greater Waverly Kiwanis Club, CBE Finance, CUNA Mutual Alley Oops, Senior Hi-Rollers (Oelwein), and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Gutter (Farmers State Bank).

Congratulations as well to the top fundraising individuals: David Wylam (Waverly), Katie Orlando (Waterloo), Mark Levin (Oelwein), Teresa Breitbach (Cedar Falls), Dan Keagle (Waterloo), Andrea Leisinger (Cedar Falls), Megan Kugler (Janesville), Brian MacLearn (Waverly), Blaine Sage (Waterloo), and Patrick Feldhake (Waverly).
