Man Connected to Meth Lab Fire Arrested After Facebook Tip (Crime Stoppers Blog)

On February 19th the Waterloo Police Department and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers asked for the public's help in locating Terry Kiefer, DOB 2-25-91.

After receiving a tip on his location the Mason City Police Department was contacted about him possibly being in their city.
On 2-28-13 Kiefer was located in Mason City and placed under arrest for warrants out of Black Hawk County for Conspiracy to Manufacture Methamphetamine, Arson in the 2nd Degree and a Parole Violation. He was also arrested for warrants out of Kossuth County.
