I love the open-ended nature of this statement, which allows each of us to find a way to incorporate movement (i.e. exercise) in our lives in a way we will enjoy.

Some people look forward to time in a gym on a regular basis. I prefer walking and talking with a friend or dancing. My aching quads will tell you that a day of yard work will also work your muscles while you have fun.
