Marijuana, Drunk Driving and Bodily Injury Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Sept. 27:

Rodney Charles Barnes, 32, male, of 616 W. 10th St., arrested at 10:47 p.m. at the same location, charged with possession of marijuana and assault domestic simple. 

Joseph Allan Rickertsen, 21, male, of Sheldon, arrested at 11:21 p.m. at 2128 College St., charged with providing alcohol to a minor.

Kenneth Nelson Fox, 28, male, of 2124 W. 27th St., arrested at 11:46 p.m. at Seventh Street and Main Street, charged with operating while intoxicated/drugged first degree.

Sept. 28:

Lucas Lee Shane, 29, male, of 2404 Royal Drive, arrested at 2:58 a.m. at 12th Street and Main Street, charged with intoxication/third degree and willful bodily injury.
