Theft and Drunk Driving: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

July 11:
Scott Lawrence Rasmussen, 23, male, of 324 Angie Drive, arrested at 2:32 a.m. at 20th Street and Olive Street, charged with first-degree operating while intoxicated or drugged.
Kevin Keith Brown, 47, male, of 323 Balboa Ave., arrested at 3:36 p.m. at 232 Balboa Ave., charged with third-degree operating while drunk or drugged and driving while license revoked.
Shalay Destiny Cole, 18, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 4:08 pm. at the Cedar Falls Police Station, charged with third-degree theft.
Mark Gordon King, 41, male, of 6603 Sapphire Road Lot 39, arrested at 4:57 p.m. at the same location, charged with third-degree theft.
Coranna Miesha Monique Coffer, 18, female, of Waterloo, arrested at 8:31 p.m. at 525 Brandilynn Blvd., charged with fifth-degree theft and harassment of a public official.
