Cedar Falls West 2nd Street Closure

Downtown Streetscape Update: Beginning July 21, the Cunningham Construction crew will close West 2nd Street from Main Street west to the east edge of the alley. At this time, the street will remain open to Washington Street to allow access to the alley and businesses.

This street will be closed for approximately 12 weeks (weather pending) to complete all of the required work including sidewalks. Sidewalks will remain open on both sides of the street.

At this time, it is anticipated that East 3rd Street will be reopened July 20 and West 3rd Street will be reopened on August 3, weather permitting.
