We will have a table set up at this race and be wearing our Kosama gear! Before, after, and during the race will be having a raffle going for participants to sign up to win 3 - 1 month memberships to Kosama! We will also have membership agreements and other marketing tools to hand out to interested participants. I hope everyone wants to run the race and participate because it is a good cause and draws lots of people from all over the Cedar Valley (Had 500 people sign up and run last year-they are shooting for 1000 this year). They have an awesome speech at the end, were people who have been affected by suicide get up and speak to the community – IT IS VERY MOVING (I think I cried last year!) Packet pick-up is Friday evening and is followed by the sky lantern ceremony. The 5k is early Saturday morning, followed by awards and speakers, and then capped off with a breakfast at Chucky's Tollgate. Come join your favorite Kosama instructor!
