Boston String Quartet and the Ethno-Urban Orchestra and Chorus!

ACCLAIMED BOSTON STRING QUARTET AND UNI ALUM TO PERFORM
IN CEDAR FALLS WITH 100+ PIECE ORCHESTRA AND ROCK BAND

They have been described as “exploring different ways of sparking
musical interest” [Boston Globe].  Their recent album Xibus has been
touted as “a genre-stretching tour-de-force” [PARMA] and “brimming
with mature depth and musical prowess” [Tower Records].  On Saturday,
February 25th, at 7:30 pm, the critically-acclaimed Boston String
Quartet with UNI alumnus, Christopher Vuk, will perform at the
Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center with the 100+ Ethno Urban
Orchestra.  Picture world and rock fusion, movie soundtracks and video
games, Disney, and original works by the quartet--all in one
performance.  It’s not your parents’ classical music.  And, it’s
cultivating a whole new generation of classical music lovers.

Tickets for the February 25 performance may be purchased by calling
UNItix at 319-273-SHOW (7469) or at www.bostonstringquartet.com.
