This session of No Family Left Inside will teach families how to relax outdoors using techniques like Yoga and Pilates among many others. The Family YMCA of Black Hawk County has partnered with Hartman Reserve Nature Center to bring programming to the Cedar Valley that shows families how to have fun outdoors. Registration with the Y is required before the event.
