Summer at the Schoolhouse: "New Inventions: 1865-1913"

The Cedar Falls Historical Society welcomes students who have completed first through sixth grades to experience life in a one-room schoolhouse for one full week.  They'll learn about a whole variety of historic inventions—from the telephone to crayons, automobiles, and zoetropes. And they’ll get to sing old songs, play games, make crafts, and churn old-fashioned ice cream.  Registration required by June 5.
