During this quarterly program series we will learn about phenology (changes to nature through the seasons) and fermentation(the conversion of sugars to alcohol). The tour will head to Winnishiek County, Iowa to explore the bluffs of the Driftless Area of Iowa where the last glaciers to scour Iowa’s landscape missed, leaving a different landscape than most Iowan’s are use to. After trekking through the hills we head into Decorah where you will have a chance to explore downtown and get yourself some lunch. Then we will meet up to visit the Toppling Goliath Brewing Company taproom. Attendees must be 21 & older and have valid ID. Fee $25/person
