Grab your girlfriends and head downtown for a night of great shopping, dining and fun during Girls’ Night Out on October 3rd from 5-8pm in downtown Cedar Falls!
More than 50 downtown businesses will be participating, including several on Main Street's side streets. The theme for this year's event is "Around the World." Participating businesses will be highlighting different countries as they offer discounts and specials throughout the evening. "Passports," which include a map of downtown and a list of participating businesses, will be available at all participating businesses.
The Blue Zones Project will be partnering with downtown merchants to sponsor this year's Girls' Night Out. Blue Zones volunteers will be on hand throughout the downtown area to answer questions about the evening’s events, as well as offer information about the Blue Zones Project and the organization's goals.
After you’re done with your “travels,” be sure to stop in at a participating restaurant to be eligible for door prize drawings. Girls' Night Out is also donating $1,000 to a local school for teachers to purchase supplies. Your passport will serve as your voting ballet, so please write down which school you would like to receive this donation and then turn in your passport at a participating restaurant!
