Holiday Refuse Collection In Cedar Falls

City offices will be closed on December 24 and 25 for the holidays. Residents having December 24 as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on December 22. Residents having December 25 as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on December 23. Large item pickup will resume on December 28.City offices will also be closed on January 1. Residents having January 1 as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on December 31. As a reminder to residents, yard waste pickup on Mondays beginning December through the end of March 2021 will be done on a call-in basis. Call 319-273-8629 to make arrangements for pickup.
