join us as we paddle the cedar river from charles city to nashua, with a
stop for yoga developed specifically for paddlers. all experience
levels of paddling and yoga are welcome. bring a lunch and a beach
towel. expect a 3-hour paddle, a yoga & lunch break, and a 1-hour
paddle.
