NorthCrest Specialty Care open house

WATERLOO – On Thursday, October 31 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
the public is invited to join us and other area business leaders to tour, NorthCrest
Specialty Care, a state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility. The new building
is located at 2001 Heath Street in Waterloo, across from Allen College.

NorthCrest is the latest in a series of new buildings and
remodeling projects for Care Initiatives whose goal is to provide the best
quality, patient-centered care in a homelike setting.

Of the many new amenities at the facility, one wing caters
specifically to those who need only short-term or outpatient care following
injury, illness or surgery. Our Rehab to Home wing has a separate entrance with
ample parking, 16 private rooms with 12 that include walk-in showers, and a
private dining area. This wing also includes a spacious physical and
occupational therapy room which incorporates Accelerated Care Plus therapy
equipment and modules.
