With the start of RAGBRAI only a couple days away and hot, humid July weather, we can all benefit from these experiences cycling and working during the summer.

Olympic cyclist Brian McDonough credits Physique after a hard training session and Performance for hydration in helping him prepare for the Olympics. Loren from Iowa noticed much more rapid recovery after serious workouts when using Physique. Another Olympic cyclist Jacqui Nelson survived the heat of Atlanta by drinking Performance before and during her ride in the grueling Women's Road Race. Pat and her husband, now in their 70s, will start their 13th RAGBRAI Sunday with Peformance for hydration (which got them through the especially hot ride last year), Physique for muscle recovery, and Instant Protein (to mix with those road-side-stand fruit smoothies) to keep their amino acid level up during the stress of strenuous cycling. Pat even shoveled and moved two ton of rock over the past two weeks - with Performance and Physique she stayed hydrated and never had sore muscle (which allowed her to landscape day after day).
