Savor signature food and drinks during Sips in the City, a fine evening out in downtown Cedar Falls! Participating downtown restaurants will be offering delectable bites of their best dishes and pairing them with a complimentary drink sample for you to enjoy.
Check in will be hosted by the Oster Regent Theatre from 5:30pm-6:00pm. From 6:00pm-8:00pm, participants will be invited to visit participating restaurants to enjoy food and drink samples. Then join us for a "Wine Down" at 8:00pm at VooDoo Lounge and enjoy a complimentary drink! Live music will be provided by the Cedar Valley Acoustic Guitar Association. There will also be a silent auction featuring several large gift baskets filled with goodies donated by area businesses. Door prizes and auction items will be handed out at 8:30pm. Must be present to win prizes!
A limited number of tickets are available for purchase at the Black Hawk Hotel or at the Community Main Street office. Tickets are $20 per person. Proceeds from this event will help fund the placement of an informational kiosk in downtown Cedar Falls.
