Thanksgiving Refuse Collection Schedule In Cedar Falls
There will be no large item pick up during this week because of the need for double route collection.

City offices will be closed on Thursday, November 26, 2020, and Friday, November 27, 2020, in observation of the Thanksgiving holiday. There will be no garbage collection on these days. Residents having Thursday as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2020. Residents having Friday as their collection day should put their garbage out by 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2020.

There will be no large item pick up during this week because of the need for double route collection. Large item pickup will resume on Monday, November 30, 2020.
The Transfer Station will be open on Saturday, November 28, 2020.

As a reminder to residents, yard waste pickup on Mondays beginning December through the end of March 2021 will be done on a call-in basis. Please call 319-273-8629 to make arrangements for pickup.
