Wanda Petronski is the new girl who just wants to be accepted. Everyday she wears the same faded dress to school but claims to have a hundred dresses at home all lined up in her closet. Peggy makes a game of teasing Wanda and even though she knows it’s wrong, Maddie goes along with the game. She wouldn’t want to risk losing her best friend. Then the day comes that Wanda no longer returns to the school.
