Theft, Public Intoxication and Trespassing Charges: Cedar Falls Police Blotter

Feb. 8:

Nicole Gayleann Taylor, 21, female, of 1201 W. 19th St., arrested at 5:01 p.m. at 6301 University Ave., charged with criminal trespass.

Feb. 9:

Tyler Yoder Lammer, 23, male, of Kalona, arrested at 1:30 a.m. at Fourth Street and Main Street, charged with second-degree intoxication.

Tyler James Kalb, 22, male, of Iowa City, arrested at 1:55 a.m. at 501 N. Highland Drive, charged with consumption in public/intoxication and criminal trespass.

Daniel Francis Ries, 23, male, of 309 W. 12th St., arrested at 2:36 a.m. at Seventh Street and Washington Street, charged with consumption in public/intoxication.

Carol Ann Cook, 60, female, of 3509 McClain Drive, arrested at 1:55 p.m. at Hy-Vee, charged with fifth-degree theft.
