• Assist with activities at the Bluedorn Science Imaginarium to help Daisy & Brownie Girl Scouts discover the chemistry behind some of their favorite candies and snacks on February 15 from 10:00 a.m. until noon. Volunteers age 16 and over are welcome.
• Volunteers will work with trained Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity site supervisors building homes with families in need. No construction experience is necessary. Volunteers age 18 and over are needed on February 22 from 8:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
• Country View is looking for volunteers to participate in one-on-one activities with residents. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.
• Cedar Valley Friends of the Family is working to help our shelter clients who have dogs and are leaving domestic violence situations. Fostering for Hope is a program designed to help shelter clients find temporary homes for their dogs through foster families until they are set up with new housing. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.
