VCCV Weekly Volunteer Opportunities ~

• The Girl Scouts need volunteers to assist with a robot building program entitled “Robo Girls” at the Bluedorn Science Imaginarium from February 28 at 7:00 p.m. overnight until March 1 at 8:00 a.m. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.

• The Grout Museum is holding a 6th grade science fair on Tuesday, March 4. Volunteer judges are needed to review 2-3 entries. Judges' orientation begins at 3:15 p.m. with judging from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Awards will be announced at 6:30 p.m. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.

• The Cedar Valley Bicycle Collective (CVBC) needs volunteers to better serve the public. Volunteers for this position should have an enthusiasm for bicycles and community along with some bicycle know-how. Volunteers age 16 and over are welcome.

• Cedar Valley Hospice needs volunteers to act as Quincy or Katie Koala or their friend to support children who are chronically ill or grieving the death of a loved one. Volunteer opportunities exist Monday through Friday with flexible times. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.
